Scope of Work: Strategic business expansion and facility enhancements designed to increase operational capacity, improve service delivery, and contribute to corridor revitalization along NW 7th Avenue.

T.A.G.'s Role:

Currently providing active grant management and oversight, including compliance monitoring, progress reporting, and coordination of required documentation. T.A.G. continues to serve as the primary liaison between the CRA and the business, ensuring adherence to program guidelines, timely milestone execution, and proper utilization of awarded funds throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Impact Overview:

Quality Culinary Services LLC., led by Lionel Gallimore, is developing a scalable, community-focused food service operation providing meal services for schools and institutions, along with full-service catering for community and private events.

Located in a 1,950-square-foot facility on NW 7th Avenue, the project is designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve distribution, and contribute to corridor revitalization. The development will create 15 new jobs, with a strong commitment to local hiring.

The fully licensed facility will function as a multi-purpose food production and commissary kitchen, meeting all health and safety standards. A shared-use commissary component will also provide affordable kitchen access for food trucks and emerging culinary entrepreneurs, supporting small business growth.

Overall, the project expands access to quality meals, creates jobs, and strengthens the local food and economic ecosystem.
